Haus, a real estate platform that empowers homeowners to sell without an agent, was looking for a team of experienced marketers who could ramp up quickly while the company prepared to fundraise. We managed a team of contractors and helped put marketing infrastructure in place to enable email marketing automation, better lead flow, and higher conversion rates.

Because Haus was presenting a new way to operate in a traditional market dominated by real estate agents, messaging and content were also an important focus of the project. During the time we worked with Haus, the company rolled out an entirely new website and app interface. We wrote and edited a large portion of the site content as well as new blog posts and ebooks to support the acquisition cycle. Together these two major pieces helped Haus realize its KPIs and prove the traction it needed to move forward.
